      (1) If your travel plan has changed and you would like to change or cancel your room reservation, please contact us before 23:59 on January 17th, 2027. We will not be able to refund your room booking fees after this time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation;

      (2) Please complete the payment in time at the time of booking, otherwise the reservation will not be reserved;

      (3) When booking the hotel, Hangzhou Baibu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. (the designated conference company for this meeting) will charge a deposit for one night, and the deposit will be refunded to you via the original payment method within 3 days after you check-in;

      (4) The hotel will issue the accommodation invoice when attendees check out.
