1. (1) If you are unable to attend the conference and wish to apply for a registration fee refund, please log in and follow the refund request procedure.

(2) Refund requests for the registration fee are subject to the following rules:

● Full refund will be issued for requests submitted on or before December 17, 2026.

● 70% of the fee will be refunded for requests submitted between December 18, 2026 and January 10, 2027 (inclusive).

● No refund requests will be accepted after January 10, 2027.

2. Reimbursement Support

To facilitate your reimbursement process, we will provide an official document certifying that HANGZHOU BAIBU MICE CO., LTD. is the organizer of the EAZC2027 conference, and that the remittance to its account is for the EAZC2027 conference registration fee.
